the footer of your Web pages and GSC meta tag to the header of your Home
page. Or verify by a method suggested by Google. |

should be current and accurate. |

Keep track of domain
name and hosting expiration dates. |

Offer users a chance
to search your site with a customized search engine. |

Designate one team
member to handle your site s submission to all search engines. |

Start reading server
log files. |

There should be a
policy or house rules document. |

Use server side
includes. |

Ensure that the
Search Engines have noticed you. Go to the following Search Engines, and do a

For Bing, Yahoo
Search, and DuckDuckGo, submit site to Bing Webmaster Tools There are other
search engines, but these are the ones which matter. |

Rectify the crawl
errors mentioned in GSC. |

Use GSC to find Anchor text of
links to your site. |
13. |
Use GSC to find your keywords that
bring readers to your site. Be on the alert for strange words found here. It
could mean that your site has been hacked. |

Keep searching
continuously on a search engine for a set of keywords. Make note of the
organic rank. Keep tweaking your site using the inputs and suggestions from
GSC until the organic rank slowly inches up. Be consistent, and you will
succeed. |
